Do you have a mindfulness practice that you do daily? Do you have wellness go to habits? Eg hot bath, lighting incense, journaling, a long hike, coloring, something that makes you feel good just for the sake of feeling good? I am learning that those simple abc’s of wellness are really pay big dividends since I was discharged from the hospital for manic psychosis and diagnosed with bipolar 1 , one month, 2 weeks, and 5 days ago. I’m just trying to take each day at a time. #bipolarlife
